- Protect and retain the positive aspects of our Bowls Club Culture
- Focus on improvement opportunities, to enhance our Culture.
- Continue to develop and articulate to all members a clear Vision and Strategy, with the emphasis on simplicity and speed.
- Be receptive to new ideas and embrace positive changes.
- Create an open, trustworthy, participative, and safe environment at the Bowls Club.
- Treat other members and visitors with courtesy and respect.
- Adopt a zero-tolerance policy for any form of discrimination.
- Encourage our members to get involved and ‘get things done’.
- Avoid over-communication by email, including using ‘copy all’ when responding to email.
